• Develop documentation and detailed program specifications for Brodart library automation systems.
  • Coordinate customer activities in connection with retrospective bibliographic and data conversion, COM catalog production, integrated on-line system support, and related customer support activities.
  • Supervise customer support activities for 35-37 library automation accounts in the western U.S.
  • Design and teach on-site customer training classes in the MARC formats and provide customer consulting services.
