• Provide bibliographic access to the resources, electronic, print and media accessed by the library.
    • Perform original cataloging on all dissertations, other works where no shared cataloging exists.
    • Authority control implementation and ongoing maintenance.
    • Implement the serials module, design projects for cleanup/cataloging of serials records.
    • Identify and catalog digital resources relevant to the collection.
    • Design and implement projects in database maintenance and clean-up.
    • Develop policies and procedures for binding, archival collection and periodical retention as well as cataloging, catalog maintenance and periodicals.
    • Train assistants in use of Innovative System, OCLC, Access and Excel.
  • Provide reference services :
    • Lecture on course-specific research methods for any course offered at the University.
    • Consult one-on-one with students with specific research requests
    • Field questions and assist library users during scheduled desk hours
    • Design powerpoint presentations for classroom presentations
    • Create webpages for classroom presentations
  • Participate in faculty governance :
    • Excellence in Writing Committee
    • Retreat Committee
    • Information Literacy Committee
  • Advise students academically.
  • Generate documentation.
